Early afternoon air welcomed President John F Kennedy as he rode in his open limo through Dealey Plaza in Dallas. He was campaigning in Texas and was expected to speak at a luncheon with civic and business leaders. Crowds cheered on as he took a 120 degree turn into Elm Street; at 12:30pm on November 22nd 1963, "BANG, BANG, BANG", three shots fired. The United States of America loses its 35th president. At only 46 years of age, he was assassinated. Two of those shots hit the President. One in his neck and one in his head, while the other shot the driver, Governor Connally. Parkland Memorial Hospital's physicians fought to save their lives, but at 1:00pm President Kennedy was pronounced dead. Police claim Lee Harvey Oswald was the mastermind behind the assassination plot; he was a newly hired employee at the Texas School Book Depository with a wife. They also claim the shots all resonated from one place, the Texas School Book Depository, based off one eyewitness and they're forensics testing. He was in custody less than an hour after the shootings. While he was being transferred to the county jail, Jack Ruby fired at him point blank and killed him. There was no trial, he had no chance to defend himself, and it is a claim in history that doesn't add up too nicely. Conspiracy theories ranging from the CIA's involvement down to more shooters have aroused over the years. The one that proves substantial to me is the involvement of the CIA.
